BSArtist has a software ORFEO (production and distribution management) that allows to manage a database of more than 2500 contacts. Update and qualification of the data: geographical (city, region, country), by category (festivals, halls, orchestras, journalists, institutes ...) and by keywords (classical, contemporary, instrument...) facilitate targeted mailings and improve campaign statistics (opening and click rates).
The newsletters are made on Mailjet with content provided by the artists: photos, videos, video and audio links, program proposals, latest news and concert dates.
They are sent once per mission to all BSArtist contacts. They are also shared on the social networks of the artist as the agency BSArtist Communication. It is also readable on the website of BSArtist Communication on the page ARTISTS the time of the mission.
The results of each campaign are analyzed and identify the recipients who opened / clicked on the newsletter sent.
Three emailing campaigns are sent during the mission time. They are targeted according to the artist's objectives (to make themselves known, to improve their visibility with targeted prexscriptors ...), their activity (release of CDs, new programs, new partners ...) and news to communicate.
TRACKING AND TELEPHONE RECOVERY OF ANSWERS OBTAINED
BSArtist Communication undertakes to provide each month a list of the actions carried out and the contacts obtained thanks to the newsletter and the emailing campaign. Each contact will be restarted by phone.
A press review resulting from the communication will be given at the end of the mission.
